Can someone explain why returns are not moving ? I dropped one package off at the post office using qvc return label on the 16th, it has not moved ! I check the tracking status daily and 2 oters are not moving also ?

There is no explanation.   A lot of people have been complaining about this on here.  Seems like they're still using the holiday return rush as an excuse...........they will no doubt lose sales over this.

Yes I noticed this also and for some reason zero tracking information comes up....says Status Unavailable!  You have no idea if it's sitting at post office or who knows where and then 14days later I see the return processed.  I dislike this alot as I am always concerned and watch my packages for return delivery.

@Lostandscared if you return an item with the Q return label it is not delivered by the post office. A 3rd party courier picks up these packages and delivers them to QVC. Sometimes these companies will only pick up once a week at your post office. It all depends. If you want returns delivered faster it is best to pay up front using your own label and then the post office will handle the delivery.

I recently returned a pair of shoes for an exchange.  It's still sitting at the post office saying it's waiting to be picked up.  If I had known it wouldn't go straight to QVC I would have paid to return it myself.
