updates to web site/Chrome - some progress

several weeks ago an updated web site roll-out affected Chrome browser users - leaving us without navigation tools and other basics for using the web site.  this necessitated opening up another browser to move around Q site.

i note this a.m. that things on the home page seem to be back to what we were used to, including navigation bar display with internal categories replacing that massive "search" box that was there before.  also on product pages the "search" box is back.

i haven't tried everything - but it appears we are closer to normalcy. not sure why site was not compatible originally - hoping IT took notes on what happened so it doesn't occur again!

Glory Hallelujah! I believe you're right. So much better. Thanks for finally fixing the mess. Now, QVC, leave it alone and let us just be happy shoppers. Ha!

yes my search box reappeared.

I can only guess that the IT people rarely actually use the site for shopping and browsing and obviously don't use Chrome.

I know that's cynical

I've begun to think they don't have an IT department.  This site is run like a training site for inept IT wannabes.

Yes!! finally I at least have some navigation on the top of the home page.  It still prefer the old way but this is better than what I had for the last three weeks.

I appreciate this thread. Yes, My Chrome browser has been a hot mess. I've been going crazy trying to figure out why none of my email links would open.  I assumed it was due to an automatic software update of my High Sierra on the Mac Book Air. The problems started about the same time for me (Feb.22).

All of my email links are opening now!

I'm still having trouble.  The only place I have search bar is on the main page.  So annoying!!!  Is there something I can do?  I'm definitely not tech savvy.
