I think BUYER BEWARE should be in place in all phases of consumerism.
Your situation seems to have made you REALLY mad, maybe QVC Customer Service can help you, if you remain calm that would probably help.

You need to check ever return and refund and dog it. QVC makes errors all the time but unless you call them on it, it will not get fixed. Most times you have to contact customer serivce to get what should have been done in first place. I have had time where nothing happened after contacting Customer Serivce, so I call again and again and eventually ask to call a supervisor. Beware that they use the price adjustment policy for why they didnt make the refund the customer service person told you were entitled to. QVC overal service attitude is terrible. They do nothing proctively to make sure things are getting processed corrrectly and sometimes they do not even honor what thier own customer serivce agents approval of a refund. replacement. To get what you are due, is on you the customer, QVC wont even inform you of decision made (via email or something) when it got esclatled, it is up to you to follow up or get screwed over, QVC will not take any responsibility for thier errors. This is Not what other organizations do that I have come across, others are usually very responsive and error on the side of the customer if they make a mistake, which is not usal occurence (unlike QVC),

After I had to call to ask for my refund in Feb 2020 I said no more?
If I return an item I should not have to call to ask for my refund? I chose not to shop with Q after that happened. I'm not dealing with the BS.
I had to call Reinaldo at the warehouse to see if he had my return. Why did I have to do this? No QVC CS should have done it. It's not my job. I don't receive a paycheck from Q.
He checked it out so he could let me know he had my return. I had to call Q back to tell them he had my return so they could issue credit? Crazy IMO. Who does business like that?
Reinaldo told me they have trailers full of returns in the parking lot they have to go through before the refund can be issued. That all means they need to hire some people to get the job done.
I'm not doing business with anyone I have to call to ask for my refund. I sure wouldn't call multiple times to get it.
Q is the only place I have ever had to do this. It's not the new Norm as far as I know? Paying shipping per item isn't either. We know our purchases can be put in one packge so they can charge one shipping charge?

We seem to get people on a rampage who think they've been treated badly. They never include any information about the situation or what they've done to rectify it. This one didn't even mention whether she'd contacted CS.
Did she just wake up this morning after months and think, "gee I never got that refund. I think I'll gripe to QVC's customers"?
