I have not been able to use the customer service live chat  today. At first it would not load and then after I typed in all of my information. It would not allow me to connect with anyone, I have used this feature in the past with no problem.  I am on a MACbook air using chrome. I am wondering if QVC has discontinued this feature.

Up date on my post. I emailed the social team and the problem was taken care of immediately. Social team is the best.

@50Mickey  I feel your pain. I have not been able to use Live Chat for months now. I use Facebook Chat now, and am successful with that, and always get a reply. I realize many do not have Facebook, so it can be frustrating. I usually do not have to call CS, but when my question or problem is not resolved, I have to call.   Good luck with connecting to the chat.

I've always wonder why people gripe, stew and complain about live chat not working.  All you have to do is pick up the phone and call CS.   There's rarely a wait and the answer to your question or problem is resolved in seconds.

@Kachina624  That is true but I understand favoring the live chat feature. Speaking only for myself here, that being a person with a serious anxiety disorder, I will always choose Live Chat as easier for me. I will often get very anxious & flustered even on the phone with someone.
