If you contact one of the moderators, you'll find them more than helpful. No need to panic.

Is the item not returnable?

Perhaps that is the reason for the panic, it is a final sale, no returns?

Let's stop the nasty banter!

Telling someone to hush up or diminishing them as "honey" is not kind or helpful.

Please stop it.

I am asking because I don't know, is there such a thing as a final sale?  I thought with everything there was a 30 day return policy.  Clearly I could be wrong thus i am asking the question.

For a limited number of items, final sale is possible, usually labeled "blowout clearance." Keep in mind that those are still returnable due to defect.

I guess I don't understand what the problem is with the OP? It is not QVC's fault regarding the two orders. If you are on a limited income, then maybe you should rethink your purchases. You can send one set back. When did she realize her family ordered her a set?  This can easily be resolved by contacting QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I am sure they will help you.
