order not received

i ordered the philosophy TSV last month and still haven't received it. When i track the package it just says in route to UPS. i was just on hold with customer service for over an hour and got tired of waiting. Is there any other way to find out where my order is?

@Chel74.  Sounds like it's lost.  Contact the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. including your order number.  They'll fix it.

I received mine.  I bet lost and hope you can get.  I decided two big bottles of face soap way too much and one will last me forever.  I don't need much and do not wear a ton of make up.  I gave one to my daughter.  I went auto delivery but don't think I will take the next shipment.  

First time user.  The body wash is going to my grand daughter at Christmas. I like Beekman products to wash with.

I'm glad you received yours. I emailed the qvc social team and was able to get a replacement. This was the first time i had an issue with shipping from them
