I ordered an item on Dec 13th, 2016. The estimated delivery date is Dec 20th. Today is the 16th and my order still has not shipped. When will I get this order? I need this before christmas.

Do you know the meaning of "estimate?" From your post, you have 4 more estimated days BEFORE your item is shipped.
If you are lucky, your item may ship prior to the "estimated" date.
If you are concerned, you should be "calling" CR over the phone.

You should get it on the estimated shipping date, Dec 20. That's 4 days from now, so I wouldn't even be worried at this point.

If the estimated shipping date is 12/20, as OP stated, IMO is it unlikely that the package will be delivered on the the same date. If it doesn't ship until 12/20, maybe it will arrive by Christmas if some kind of expedited shipping is used. Otherwise, I wouldn't count on it. Fingers crossed it will ship sooner than 12/20.

Order/Shipping is a mess during the holiday season. You have to expect that. I ordered an item 11/29, it shipped 11/30. There is a tracking number but when I click on it it says "there is no information on this tracking." I never got it and they could not send another because it was sold out. Luckily someone must have a returned a small, so I quickly ordered another on 12/13. I checked this morning and it still had not shipped was still processing.
But, as others stated, call CS; however, frankly they are of little use. They see what we see. They have no crystal ball into the situation.

Yes, I am fully aware of the meaning of "estimate". However, i have also know from dealing with them that, if you do not ship it by a certain date, you will not get it on the estimated date. my concern was making sure I have it in time for christmas! Thank you for you comment, but the smart remark was really not called for! Have a great day!

QVC doesn't actually give an estimated shipping date, they give an estimated delivery date. I used the same language as the OP, but if the date they gave is the 20th, that's the EDD - Estimated Delivery Date.

I have noticed that it takes a few days for the Q to ship an order. Didn't used to be this way, and I don't think the holidays have much to do with it. I've had orders that haven't even shipped by the Estimated Delivery Date! I'm wondering if they are cutting back on workers in the warehouse or something. I have started doing as much of my online shopping as possible thru Amazon and Zappos. The Q's shipping and return fees are so out of line as well. Glad there are alternatives out there!!!
