Besides the terrible interest rate, I am in complete agreement with Hockynut(John)'s thread and the terrible way some are treated on all the forums here at Qvc. We have been dealing with uneven moderation for quite some time now and it needs to stop. I will not sit back any longer and watch others being unfairly treated. Hit 'em where it hurts the most --- in the pocketbook!!

Seems like an odd reason, but you have to do what works for you. I don't mind the interest rate on the card, since I try to be very careful to never charge more than I can pay off each month without the interest issue.

You're going to protest the forums by closing your credit card account, a more applicable way would be to quit posting if you don't like it here.

Our Q Card was opened many, many years ago and saw a lot of charges and a lot of payments. We have a credit score of 828.
Treat us better moderators because some of us have much better options.

In complete agreement with your proposal of disengaging with the forums...and high interest rates.
I love the Forums for "encouraging" others with cancer, loss of pets, etc ... but yesterday turned into a battle of wits with two posters being mean-spirited. I was the one who was "removed" for standing up to them.
JAX ... again, this is the kind of statements that are unnecessary, like yours. The Forums are a privilege, but we should be allowed to make a "statement" without the sarcasm.

The posters here are just a very small fraction of QVC's customers. If I posted here and felt unfairly treated I would probably just find some other forum to express opinions. I doubt if the majority of their customers really care about these forums.

No - she's allowed to post her opinion without anyone calling it "unnecessary." That is up to the mods, not up to us.

@truffle Don't listen to the other posters, because something similiar happened to me, and I can tell you that Symphony does contact Q. I ended having my problem resolved, and I have had the Q card for years. You just have to make sure you pay it off each month. I find it handy when I want something that is not on easy pay.
I would suggest not posting your complaints on here. I made phone calls and went right to the source. I don't think it is good or does any good to post issues on the forums. I find once you talk to someone one on one, it gets you better results.
Good Luck to you! I don't care for the men moderators here. I think they ban posts too quickly. LIke somoen else said, it is their board and they have that right, but we as a customer have a right to be heard as well. I feel they are driving people off the boards and keeping the trouble makers, which makes no sense to me.
I have been with Q since the beginning, and I have to say CS has ALWAYS helped me.
