I'm wondering how the Q feels about this...a customer returning more than one order in the same package/box...paying the shipping up front, of course. I think it should be okay. Let's say there are three fashion orders, each in it's original mailing bag, all put together in one box...in their original packages..
@Beth-QVC @Kim-QVC @Anonymous @Melvin-QVC Can any of you say if this is acceptable?
It seems like a good idea to me, especially after the holidays. Why put multiple packages into the system when you can make it only one to keep track of?
Thanks in advance.

@esmerelda - I have done this before. The only issue I encountered was that there seemed to be a slightly slower processing of the returns once the package arrived at the Q, but I did get all of my refunds without even having to contact customer service. Your approach of including all the packing slips with their codes and making it clear which items they match up with is great. Good luck!

They don't like it........lol
BUT if you do make sure you put the label on the outside of the pkge for every order or some dumb (or smart) QVC employee will only refund you for one item!!!!!!

I have done that successfully, as was said expect slower refunds.
I marked the outside of the return package that there were multiple returns.
Also check to make sure items go to same location.
Happy Holidays

Oh, yes, make sure you follow the advice of @IMW — all items need to be going to the same place, or you're in for a real mess! It seems logical that most fashion items would have the same destination, but triple check to be certain. ![]()

That's the only way to try clothes from the Q. Order a bunch during free shipping events. Anything you don't like or does not fit you could ship back in 1 box. Sounds like a good idea to me.
You pay return shipping so Q does not need to deduct anything for shipping costs. Plus if you order when they have free shipping you would not be out that money either.

I do that ALL THE TIME, and I have never had a problem.

You may place more than one item in the package for return and you should only pay for one return label fee. It does slow the processing a bit but is well worth to save $$$$. Please remember though to return all "like" items in the same package ie apparel, jewelry etc. Returns are processed in different warehouses and if we have to process one in one center and then send it on, that will signficantly delay the processing.

@Beth-QVC I've done this many times- multiple returns in one package and I generally use my own usps packaging/label.
However one time I returned an item where the return shipping fee waived -- so I used QVC's return label. The other couple items in the package were 'normal' returns. And I was charged the return fee for the other items
- even though the return shipping fee costs were covered with the 1 waived item! The CS rep tried to justify the return shipping fee being charged to the several items, I spoke with a supervisor and straightened it out.
Now, anytime a return shipping fee is being waived, I just send the item back on it's own.

I am sorry that you were charged for all the returns. I think it makes sense when you would not be charged a return fee to send it separately to avoid having to follow up on your returns. In the future, if you wish to return multiple items together you could just send me a heads up to monitor the returns.
