long processing time

sheesh ordered a slipcover for my recliner on the 13th still in processing ! take another 5-7 days to receive if ever gets shipped.

Should had saw if Amazon carries Sure Fit brand

It seems the processing time gets longer and longer. It's beginning to aggravate me. It's not like I'm in a big hurry, but taking four or five days to ship seems like poor organization.

I ordered sheets from HSN on Sept. 10th and they still show as "packaging." If they don't ship today I'm calling HSN and telling them to forget it. That's ridiculous.

REALLLLY long when you get the wrong item. I ordered groovetech knives and got credit card vaults (whatever those are). Not even close! Back in the box and out on the porch for mailperson. So I wait and wait for it to get back to QVC (I shipped 9/10, and package is in currently in Indiana). Then you have to wait for them to process, ship, and shipment time back.

I think if the wrong thing is sent, QVC should expedite ship when they send the correct item back. Mistakes will be made, but a little make-up time with getting the correct item would keep customers a little happier...... Just my thought.

I don't have trouble with HSN. They just don't have clothes I like as much.

I like their kitchen items, though. Each place has their good points.

I imagine all these places are like shops you see every day out in the world to few people hired and those few are over worked.

What was the EDD (estimated delivery date) when you purchased the item? It has been my experience that the "in process" notation doesn't always mean that much. I only pay attention to the EDD and if that date hasn't past then I am not concerned at all about potential delivery.

I've seen so many posts like this over the few years that I've been posting and in almost 100% of the cases, the EDD hasn't even past yet before people start complaining or worrying about their item.
