Thie Q's website is the most frustrating site and it only gets worse!  Try watching one of the videos. Whoever decides who the techs are on this site should be fired. Go over to HSN .com their site is the most user friendly and it CONSTANTLY gets better I have no idea who their techs are but QVC should inquire because the Q site really need ALL the help they can get.

Agreed about the slowness.  And they wonder why sales are down.  

 

Note to QVC:  Spend some money on a more robuts computer system and on some top notch IT folks!

They are probably "fixing" or "upgrading" something, most likely something that isn't broken yet.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
