  Looking for help.  I placed an order for a Susan Graver top.   I  returned it for a new size.   The  new size looks like it will be delivered by USPS tomorrow.

 

There is another order for the same top" in processing."    I spoke with customer service and they cannot cancel the order (I did not place the second order, it appears it is a gliche in the return process).   I let the service rep know I leave town 6/7 for 3 weeks and do not wish to be responsible for an item left at my home.

 

I was advised by the representative that my card will be charged for the order that QVC (not me) placed in error .

 

Hoping for a resolutiion.
