I purchased the steel diamonique eternity band ring last week. I loved it, it was the perfect size. However,in the past 3 days, 5 "diamonds " have fallen out. I am sending it back, but i don't like the fact that they are charging me $6.95 to send it back ( THE SHIPPING AND HANDLEING WERE FREE ). I think qvc should pay for the cost when the item is faulty

@montanashawn you need to speak to customer service that the ring is defective . You dont have to pay return shipping on defective items .

I've been reading the reviews of this ring as they come in. It's now down to 1.7 with 14 reviews. J-454143.

@montanashawn. QVC always pays for the return postage on defective items. Occasionally a customer is mistakenly charged but a call to CS will refund any charge.

I'm returning a steel by diamonique bracelet. What has happened to this line? There is such a dullness in the stones and it is very cheap looking. Qvc is crazy expensive to purchase from. I pd $3.50 to ship to me. To return, I must pay the original $3.50 plus $6.95 to use their label. So for a $30 item, it will cost me $10.50 to send it back. That hurts. I've ditched the Q credit card, and I think this will be my last transaction with the network. No longer affordable for the average person. Thrifting and consignment shopping is way more fun.

@Nicknayme you do not pay an additional $3.50 to return the item to QVC. You are only charged the $6.95 return fee. However, you do not get your initial shipping fee of $3.50 back unless the item is defective. It will only cost you $6.95 to send the item back and you will receive a refund of the $30 you paid for the bracelet.

Wow, that's a drag. It reminds me of when my husband and I were courting and he bought me a small emerald ring. The emerald fell out and we were cracking up. I said to him...why you cheap SOB! We laughed until our heads almost fell off.

Anyway, he bought me so much lovely jewelry I have no more room to put stuff. Some of the things he got me I wear only sometimes as I feel it's too flashy and I don't want to look like I'm show boating. It was recently my birthday and he got me a Sworavski bracelet. It's really cute all different color crystals.

Anyway, I hope my story made ya laugh. One more thing......many years ago, I bought myself an emerald ring with diamonds at a jewelry store. The emerald is a deep green like the color on the Ajax container. It's pretty large too and I think I got a bargain because I only paid 1,600.00 for it and it has decent diamond weight. Emeralds, if they're eye clean command many thousands. Mine is not eye clean but the color is spectacular and I think the guy in the booth must have been half asleep. I've seen emeralds cost way more and have washed out color. Maybe because it was years ago...who knows...I hardly wear it. I'd give all my belongings to have our little tigey back......oh well.....good luck, hon...with your issue.
