I applied Tuesday  for a Qcard, and was approved for $2200. When the popup window with the approval and the account number came up, it went away before I could write the number down. I contacted QVC customer service and they said I had to contact Synchrony. I contacted Synchrony and they said they couldn't give me any information via phone, and that it should show up on my QVC account. I wanted to buy an HP laptop that is now on pre-sale and I think is the TSV for Sunday. That was my whole reason for getting the card. I have gotten the royal runaround and I guess I won't be able to buy the computer. Is there not someone who can resolve this?

@balewrangler  I am so sorry that happened.  Unfortunately, you will have to speak to Synchrony bank to get this resolved for you.  QVC/we do not handle the QCard and any issues relating to the card.  You will have to speak to their customer service.  I wiish their was more I could do for you.

I just bought it myself.I don't have a Q card.If you really want it you can buy it with any credit card. You'll get 6 flex pay instead of 9.That's basically the only difference. Sorry that happened to you.

Have you gone through the ordering process to see if it's now on your account?  You don't have to finalize a purchase, just pretend like you're buying something.

Ditto what @Kachina624 said.  Go in and pick out an item, and go through the ordering process.  Your new Q card might be an option for payment.  Just check, and then don't finalize the purchase (unless it is something you want, of course).  You just might see the Q card there.

I talked to Synchrony and they said they couldn't give me the number. They said it should be in the QVC system and I could find it there. Now you say you can't tell me, they say they can't tell me, and meanwhile, the whole thing goes poof.

Did you look in your account under credit cards?  That's the only place it can be.  Mine card was added to my account under the credit card section.

Dealing with Synchrony is like pulling teeth from a bear.   I just had a challenge with them on my Chevron card........according to "them", I filled my gasoline tank TWICE at the same pump.........once with premium, and once with regular.

After I complained to CHEVRON, Synchrony finally agreed to a credit......only after grilling me like I was a criminal.

I sure hope they wouldn't give you the number!  Can you imagine if that was possible, it would be terrible.

Why would it matter if you use the Q card or not?  Any credit card works, apply for another one.

I'm sure once you place the order, there will be a question if you want to use the Q card on file, no worries.

The OTHER differnce is that if you pay it off in 9 payments, you pay no interst. That is a huge difference. Just say'n

Enjoy your new laptop.

BTW, have you recieved yours yet? Mine is still processing.
