It might depend on what you ordered - food - jar of beauty - etc.
Call customer service again - and again......and again. You'll get different people each time.

Try again. I was able to cancel an order that I had duplicated and said processing. Thank goodness too because I would have ended up just spending money returning.
I think it can be done but are told not to.
I have never had a problem cancelling an advance order. I have done a few.
