Beth:

 

I returned 2 items on 1/2/18 via "q" return service label.  I called CS they have no record of this return although 2 other items I returned 1/9 have been received & credited.

 

 

 

Returned at USPS and I have receipt of shipment.  Can you check if you (at your level) see the return.  CS said there is no way to track a return to give it another 10 days & call again.

I apologize that the customer Service Representative you spoke with was unable to assist you. Order has been received at our Rocky Mount facility so I will process the the refund for you. Second Order has not been received but as it has been 12 days I will refund that one  as well. Current processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

I returned an item on 1/3/18 and you recieved it back on 1/13/18 still haven't gotten my refund.
