Yes, sorta. I can get to order status, but I cannot get into my auto delivery plans. Need to make a change, but a no go today I guess.

Yes, about an hour ago tried to check up on Auto Delivery Items and got that same message

I got the same error message just now.

I get that message constantly, weekly! Not a day/week goes by that I don't get that message.
I thought it had to do w/ my old PC and outdated Windows.
I use Firefox.
I just keep trying and eventually it works.
I also get a huge page that says "SECURE SYSTEM FAILURE". Please contact us so we can help deter bogus sites."
Again, I just thought it was because my computer is old.

I too have been having A LOT of issues with QVC site - I hope that everything will be restored soon - hope we do not lose anything in the process. Thank you for posting about this.....I was curious if anyone else was having issues. Thank you!

I was wondering if you could check why my return hasn't been processed for the Dooney and Bourke purse that was receieved on January 5th 2018?
