I keep getting this message, too, and frankly, it's a symptom of the poor quality of QVC's IT work. My browsing history, cache, etc. clear EVERY TIME I close my browser, that's my default setting. Tonight, I opened my browser, came straight to QVC, considered ordering the PTR TSV, tried to sign in, and got that "something went wrong" red banner, and thought, "Well, that's money saved, can't order the TSV after all!" I wonder how much money QVC loses just by having such a wonky, under-performing website?
