Why do I keep seeing this when I try to order online???????????????????
"Hmm, something went wrong
Try again or contact Customer Service................ "
This is NOT the first time this has happened. I don't WANT to call. It takes too long because they have to go through their spiel (?) ARRRRRRRRRRGH

I've seen that a lot. Customer service told me to clear my browsing history, and that tip does make it work. The issue is there are times I just don't want to clear my browsing history to make it work.

@1tuffcookie THANK YOU! It worked. No, I didn't want to clear my browsing history, but at least I was able to place the order I wanted to. I'm really getting disgusted with the Q!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I clear my cache, history, and cookies on a somewhat regular basis. It allows me to delete unknown cookies or scams that are tracking me. If I get an error when doing something, I know it's time to clear everything.

I want to know why there is no way to order an item when I click on it? must I call to order? Don't want to do that!

I am tired of it too... they need to fix it and also do something about the shipping cost they are going up and up. and put the return label in the bag, please

I keep getting this message, too, and frankly, it's a symptom of the poor quality of QVC's IT work. My browsing history, cache, etc. clear EVERY TIME I close my browser, that's my default setting. Tonight, I opened my browser, came straight to QVC, considered ordering the PTR TSV, tried to sign in, and got that "something went wrong" red banner, and thought, "Well, that's money saved, can't order the TSV after all!" I wonder how much money QVC loses just by having such a wonky, under-performing website?
