There was  and still is no mention of any advanced ordering.

That seems to be the trend now.  You don't know about advanced order until you place an order.  If you're not sharp eyed.....you may even miss it there.

I just cancelled an order because of that .

Why?  We can only go by what QVC said during the Christmas season.  

Supply chain issues and worker shortages, but they did tell us for about 2 1/2 months whether something was in stock before we placed our orders.

Before that time, we weren't told, and they are doing it again.  

You can cancel advanced orders if you want.

I seem to recall that the hosts used to say whether an item was on advance order.  Since I rarely watch, don't they do that anymore?  Make it perfectly clear during the presentation that an item will ship on a future date?  If not, seems deceptive IMO.

Yesterday I ordered from LL Bean and right there on the item page they indicated colors or sizes that were back ordered.  Wonder of wonders, also had a estimated availability date.

QCV could take lessons.

It was never mentioned in any of the CD tsv presentations about advanced order, infact, Kerstin said to pick it up now because it was available and with the shipping delays they won't have it in the future.

@MalteseMomma   I had turned off my TV to get some work done, but over an hour ago, I heard Jane say the website had some serious glitch.  Maybe your orders will change as soon as the glitch is really gone.

I've heard her the last maybe 10 minutes with no mention of the glitch and no request that we make orders via phone.

@MalteseMomma    Surely you've placed enough orders to know things often don't arrive in the warehouse according to schedule.  QVC has no control over that.  I sincerely hope you are not desperate for pajamas.

Yes, that is a good thing @MalteseMomma , considering the frequency you need to cancel orders.

Just think, you won't be frustrated about not being able to cancel this time when you change your mind.

AD CAN be cancelled!  As well as backordered and wait list items....

If you look on the item page for the Cuddle Duds it says Available to ship April 20.
