I returned two defective items. QVC has had both since 2/8 & 2/9 and I still haven't received a refund on either item.
Any suggestions?

No need to wait. Next time you have a return email qvceasyreturns with all the info. You will have your refund even before qvc receives it back.

That's a false statement I do all my returns with easy returns, and I'm waiting for them to process a return that they've had since 2/1

@Catch71. Everybody waits until until January 31st to return almost 4 months worth of gifts and purchases. They've been inundated.

Yeah, who says? Qvc has always been slow to process returns

@SweetSydneyAnytime I have a return, I call customer service when I see it has returned if I have the information and even if I don't I call and let them know when I returned it and they can credit you right then.
Then of course it takes a few days for your bank or cc company to issue the credit.
I never wait for them to get the return, let me know and give me a credit because after doing that once or twice over the years I now call. You are right it always seems to take them a long time.
When I used to buy something from HSN they were always very prompt at letting me know they had gotten the return and issued credit.I don't remember ever having to call.
So if one company or many can do it, QVC should be able to too.
