Just a thought - but could the weather have something to do with the delays?

I live in Kentucky and haven't had a delivery issue. In fact, I get most my orders within 7-10 days, sometimes quicker. Don't understand what is happening with shipping your orders, must be some significant snafu.

I placed an order on 6/12 ( a full month ago!) that showed it was being prepared for shipment until, finally, it supposedly shipped on 7/8. When I try to track the order, however, the UPS information shows that the shipment was cancelled. I wouldn't really care too much, except that I wasn't being charged while it was processing and now I am.

Per your post, I am contacting you again because the 2 items I ordered are still showing in process. Recall that I ordered a Berkshire throw on June 29 and Clarks Cloudsteppers sneakers TSV on July 1, neither of which I have received or even shipped yet.

 

I need the throw for a gift, but I would like to just cancel the shoes if you can (I know the answer, but it's worth a try).

Hi, Cathy! I am so sorry for the delay in response as I have just returned to work today. I'd be happy to take a look into the order and see what we can do to help. 

 

After looking into the order for the blanket and sneakers, I am seeing a request to investigate the shipment that was sent on 7/9. As it was supposed to have processed within 4 working days, I have sent a request to prioritize this request so we can get more information on these shipments. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

I am happy to report that I FINALLY got the 2 items I was waiting for, one on Wednesday, July 23 and one yesterday, Thursday, July 24. 

 

And while I'm happy to report that the items have arrived, I still haven't ordered anything from QVC since. I am a little apprehensive given that it takes so long for them to get here. But in all fairness, lately I have also noticed the long shipping times with other retailers, specifically Amazon (do not have Prime) and Kohl's, both of whom have always gotten things here in a timely manner.
