I ordered 2 items-one on June 29 and one on July 1. They both say they are still being processed, even though the one ordered on June 29 was to be here yesterday.
I'm getting tired of things taking so long to get to me. This is the third time in a short period of time that this has happened. I sent an e-mail to QVC also, so I am hoping I can get some resolution with this issue.

Normally they'll give a 10 day timeframe between order and delivery dates, but the actual delivery date is so variable.

@cathysyd. You're items are visiting with my Isaac pants that I ordered 6/30.
Something is wrong somewhere but QVC is so secretive we never know what.

My mother ordered the same TSV Clarks shoes and she got hers today. I saw one post about software upgrades at Ontario, but this exact thing happened to me a few months ago, soooooo not sure I buy the softward upgrade thing.

@SarrahQVC Hi, I sent an email to the social team on June 25th about the issues I've been having with an order placed on MAY 24th-- here we are, July 10th and I still don't have the item. This will be the 5th time I've reach out to customer service without any resolution. If someone can get back to me via the email I sent, I'd appreciate someone intervening that can actually get the item I ordered moved out of the warehouse to get to me. Thanks.
