When I Try to Add My Mobile Number to Track an Order, message says connection issue

This just started 2 days ago.  I always add my mobile number to track my order so that I will be notified when my order is delivered.  Now when I try to add my mobile number, I get a message saying "Connection Issue" please try later.  It is still not working.

I am having the same problem and was hoping it wasn't my computer. Maybe if  more people are having the same problem they will try to fix it.

where are you checking?

here or on the USPS dot com,

copy paste and go tracking on USPS dot com and you can get updates.

yes I am having the same problem. Since alot of items start out withUPS, I have signed up for their delivery alerts. This is free from UPS.

 

If the pkg is sent Surepost, you then have to take the USPS tracking number from the UPS info and input it on the USPS site and sign up for their text alerts.

 

Yes, takes time, but if you really want to know when your pkg is coming and/or has been delivered, this is the most accurate way - better than the Q alerts which isn't working.

 

Both the UPS and USPS tracking methods are free but they do take time.

Ive been having the same issue since Friday with an order being shipped via UPS from the Sketcher website.
