Price adjustment for plants?

Out of curiosity, do plants qualify for the price adjustment?

I bought a tree on March 23 for $30, and today as a "Today Only" it's $20. I saw other posts asking about the new policy, which made me look up the price difference since it knew it was a bit higher when I first bought one.

Thank you for any feedback!

Re: Price adjustment for plants?

It's my understanding as long as you notify QVC on the DAY it is discounted, you will get the adjustment. With that said, I think you should contact CS as opposed to the posters here as the rep's can give you the answer and make that adjustment for you if it is permitted.

Re: Price adjustment for plants?

Not sure about price adjustments but I attempted to cancel a plant order that has not shipped after reading numerous reviews of plants arriving half dead and got a message attempting to cancel but may be too far in the process. Expected delivery is not for 2 weeks.

Re: Price adjustment for plants?

@Ane1Care - Based on the new policy details that were recently shared by a social team member in response to a customer and posted in another thread, I would guess that you won't get a price adjustment on this item—it seems they are being literal now about offering a Today Only Price for that day only. But it never hurts to send a quick email to ask (qvcsocialteam@qvc.com)! Good luck.

Re: Price adjustment for plants?

@Catch71 - A plant order I placed also shipped about 10 days earlier than originally estimated; it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow instead of on May 1. I know they plan to ship plants based on temperatures and hardiness zones, and fortunately I think my plants will be fine arriving early. Sorry about the timing of your order.
