I ordered a ring, on sale, over a month ago. Around the same time, I ordered a skirt and shoes. The ring never seemed to process, I received the skirt in 4 days and the shoes were on backorder. Today I checked the orders again and I see a notation to call customer service (after a one month wait!) I did a live chat and they said my card did not go through and I had to reorder. When I checked the price of the ring it was no longer on sale and 40 dollars higher. I asked them to put the purchase through again and she said to contact my bank. There is no reason for this as a payment for QVC was just processed today just fine and there is sufficinet funds in the account. Do they want me to repurchase as the higher amount? I canceled the order and the order for shoes that was back ordered too. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and never had these kinds of problems.

I just checked my payment information on this site and with my bank and everything is ok. I have a couple of things on easy pay and they are being deducted correctly and in a timely matter. I just ordered 2 more items yesterday and checked the order page. It doesn't even say "processing" yet. WOnder what's going on?
