Is anyone running into this issue? The receipt was not in the box so I went to print a return label and nothing; not even a you-pay return address label. Never encountered this before.

@SouthwestGal Sometimes there's a 3 part label with the return label on the back of the shipping label.  If not, the mods will send you one.  Email them at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com including your order#.

@SouthwestGal   Every once in a blue moon this happepns to me too. I find if I back myself out and begin again, it'll work the way it should for me. You might try this.

Hi @SouthwestGal I am so sorry you are having difficulty printing the return label. We can have one mailed to you. What item are you returning, do not post the order number just post the item number.

You can also try clearing your cookies and changing browsers that often works.
