Tried Chat FOUR times, got a message that nobody was avail. - Tried to call 4 times, each time got cut off (hung up on before anyone came to the line) or a message saying nobody was avail.

Just wow, this is not the QVC I used to know

They do an excellent job of responding to problems. Give them all of your info and state the nature of the problem.
