Nothing you can do about this, mods.  But if the suits ever ask why customers are less inclined to order from QVC, please add this example to your answer:

@thorndike   @lizzys   @2swans14

You certainly have my sympathies. I'd be absolutely livid if I let a new WEN Seasonal pass by for 6 months because I knew I'd get it in a future autodelivery, only to have my AD order cancelled by QVC as soon as that seasonal is no longer available.

@x Hedge You mention 3 other people having problems but not you. So why the outrage? Have you had a problem? I think the others can speak for themselves, being grownups and all.

Sounds to me as if the vendor failed to fulfill the A/D.

  @Love my grandkids _ are you bored?  Is that post supposed to be BAIT?

You're the one who's yelling in bold print. Are you actually trying to pick a fight because I posted something? So ludicrous!

Re: Customer Disappointment

[ Edited ]

@Etoile308 ,  The timing of the cancellation is the bigger part of the issue.

Of course people want their auto deliveries. But in this case it's a seasonal item that won't be available again here or on Chaz's website until next year.

Customers who wanted to try this new item had a limited window for placing their order.

That window just closed, and the AD was cancelled, leaving them with no product, and no other way to get it.

Adding insult to injury, they passed up a 40% off sale on this because they'd already committed to the purchase through QVCs auto-delivery.
