It's Customer Service "speak" for "We don't have a clue".    (been there, done that)

I received an email from another company S-u- t-e-r-a, where I'd ordered a couple of pillows. I ordered on 5-10 and a couple wks later got email saying the back up was from shipping ports in California.

And my husband works for a truck co... he said in parts they are having to re route shipping all around, sending planes to pick up parts etc, delays on building them also.. seems to be a real cluster all around, looks to be getting worse !!

Where I live, when I see my order is routing via Bridgeport, NJ, I know that it is just a matter of time before I get that "your package may be delayed".   When I see Bridgeport, I know I can forget about receiving my order any time soon.

@PhilaLady1  I live in Montco, and same with me. I've had an order stuck somewhere between Bridgeport and my local PO since May 21! I usually order a replacement through CS, and then they arrive together!  Sometimes I decide to keep both! Hahaha! Maybe it's a sales tactic Smiley Surprised

In recent weeks I have placed several orders with HSN and received all within a 5 day period.  Some even less time than that.  Why can't QVC do the same?

what is up with Bridgeport NJ? I think 99% of my items go through this post office. It is beyond slow and I get this generic message so much of the time. I don't understand how they cannot process things more efficiently 2 years into the pandemic and not delay packages. It is beyond frustrating!

@Luvsmyfam This thread is almost a year old, but since you responded a couple hours ago, I was wondering how you cancelled an order that has already shipped?

@Luvsmyfam , if you look at the date under the title of the thread, it states it was posted on 6/1/21.  HTH.  Each thread will have the date of origination.
