I was one of the thousands of people that bought the Denim and Co. TSV jeans a few weeks ago when the hosts misreprented the colors telling us something different then what was showing online. Bottom line: I received my jeans thinking I was getting what the hosts told us and the other color came instead (just my luck).

 

This is not my fault and would like to know from Customer Care how can I send this back and be assured I won't be charged for shipping, etc. ? For reference: Order#:******

 

Please let me know what to do. It's too late now to even exchange the color to the "correct" one since they're all sold outSmiley Sad

There's a notation on the return slip that you put in the pkg indicating 'wrong item received'. Check it and return. Keep an eye out on your bill that you've been given credit on first payment (assuming you put on easy pay). You will not be charged for return shipping.

I'm going to have the same problem as soon as mine arrive.  I will return as you you were instructed and if I'm charged return shipping, I'll send a complaint to the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and request a refund, which I'm sure they'll grant.   The hosts and producers made a real mess out of those presentations and I think they're listed wrong on the product page too. 

 

Lots of people will be affected.

I am sorry that you received the incorrect color. Please mark the reason for return as wrong item received. You will not be charged for the return.

@Kachina624we know that @Peppertime  would have to get in touch with the Moderators to get the return charges reversed. I don't think the return dept. really pay attention. I used a sharpe to write on a sheet of paper what the problem was with the product and of course I said please don't charge return fee. Guess what? Yes, but the Moderators did the right thing.

Label the samples with the color names ! ! !  This confusion happens frequently.  Maybe if they lose enough money and irritate enough customers they will start doing this.
