I have emailed QVC several times over the months about this issue, but it still hasn't been rectified! If I go to the program guide and select an already aired show, when I click to see the items from the show, I simply get a page showing the TSV or something else. This has been ongoing for months! I am about to give up on QVC, I think they are in over their heads with the two channels and having purchased Zulilly. I read they are buying HSN. If they can't keep up with their growth, they'll suffer for growing too quickly. I know they want to hedge against Amazon growth, but they still need to grow at a pace with which they can operate.

QVC did not buy Zulily and they're not buying HSN.  The company that owns QVC bought Zulily and the company, Liberty Interactive, has indicated they'll buy HSN.  These sales have nothing to do with QVC.

It has been very frustrating on this web site lately. For me it's when you sign in to the forums the page jumps somewhere else.

I experience the same things as the OP on my MacBook Pro.  I always have to search by item number for the item currently on the air.
