Be careful about orders.

 

I ordered a blowout item - 1 pair of jeans.

 

I received 2 - and was charged for 2.  When I looked at my order status, it showed 2 orders - each for 2 pair of jeans - listed individually within the order.  When I saw that, I panicked thinking I was going to receive 2 more for a total of four.

 

I contacted the Social Team about returning the 3 pair I didn't order.  She told me - oh it's actually just one order - not the two listed.  Somehow it got repeated - so you are only getting 2 pair.

 

I explained that I only ordered 1 pair and that obviously there was some sort of computer glitch.  Told the item was NOT returnable - sorry.

 

So check your orders immediately while there is still time to cancel.  This was an expensive lesson.

Wow, @Isobel Archer , that is too bad.......completely not your fault.  I hope you at least like them. Woman Frustrated

So you ordered 1 pair of jeans, and they shipped you and charged you for 2 pair?  They really should credit you for the 1 pair that was sent to you.  It was their mistake.

I think they're having probems with their computer system.  I ordered ONE LGTSV ob A/D and did not check my orders until about a week later.  I had TWO orders "in process"  though I had not ordered a second one.  Unfortunatelt the rep was not able to cancel either one.  Hopefully, I won't be charged for thid return!!!!!Woman Frustrated

 

Perhaps if you let C/S know there's a fluke in the system, they will let you return the extra item at no charge.

 

OT:  Almost everytime I go t check the reviews, I get the write review page.  Very frustrating!Woman Mad  Has this ever happened to you?
