I returned an item on June 16, 2020 and have not received a refund. What is the turn around time for refunds?

I am waiting on some refunds as well and was told by the social team that you can expect about 12 days from when they receive it, but it could take longer because of the volume. I sent some things back at the end of June and they were received about a week ago, so I am trying to be patient. It's getting hard though because you can't stop the easy pay!

I believe it depends on when it was delivered back to QVC's possession (not when you shipped it back). I had an item returned that I called about this morning and knew that it had been delivered, and she was able to confirm they had received and gave me the discount and stopped the EZ pay which was due to hit in a few days.
If you have the tracking information, and show it recieved, I would call customer service, they've always been able to help me when I was waiting for a credit after I know the package had been delivered back to QVC.

The waiting for refunds and waiting for merchandise has been horrible for months now. I too, understand there is a pandemic going around, but qvc has been in the shipping business for more years than any of them. You would think they could handle it better than most. Sadly, they are losing my business and I have been shopping with them more than 30 years. By the time I receive something I ordered, I have nearly forgotten I ordered it! Easy pay, I will no longer do, because as someone said, you can't stop them, even long after youve returned the item.
Its becoming frustrating shopping qvc...and it pains me to say that!

been a QVC customer since 2003 and I have never had such shipping/receiving/refund problems as now. I too understand Pandemic but this is July and Pandemic shut down started in March in the USA. I've never received an item I ordered on 7/4/20 and it's been sitting in NC since 7/9/20 and USPS tracking says they still haven't received it from QVC or something. Plus I've returned two items that are sitting at QVC warehouse return locations for 5 - 7 days and a refund hasn't been issued to my account. Wow! I cancelled some fashion items I ordered earlier today. I'm really frustrated. Especially when QVC doesn't even communicate with customers about "issues."

I am quite sad I have to agree with the previous comments. All the way around, starting with the untrained hosts (except the old school gang) do not understand they are talking to a tv/cable audience so it is critical to give accurate product info such as fabric, sizing, actual measurements with a real ruler for jewelery, the list goes on. As far as delivery, returns, all the nuts and bolts of "good business" particularly quality control measure to hold your nose and sell, sell, sell. deliveries, refunds disaster, Qvc has become a frustrating mess all around.
The only thing that has stayed well run is the call center and customer service people. Sad but not buying much anymore. Spolied since the first broadcast and many years of QVC being outstanding in ALL areas. Really ashame to drive such a robust business into the ground.
