VERY FRUSTRATED ! Have tried EVERY suggestion customer service has offered, no success. NOT browser problem, tried several differnt ones.
Other shopping channels work FINE. on my laptop, tablet, and phone. Only QVC
that does NOT work correctly. I hope IT department is listening!

My videos have not worked on my computer for over a week too. You would think a multimillion dollar company who gets 50% of their revenue from the web wouldn't take but a few hours to fix this. This is money lost for them.
BTW, the videos work on my iPhone and iPad but not on my desktop Dell.

QVC has been saying it ie every thing under the sun but not them , maybe they just do not have the right people to fix it, or they just do not care.There are other shopping channels, EBAY, amazon and more, if they snoze , they will loose and may be they do not care. I do not want to buy something that I can not hear about or see it

I am still having trouble too. Very frustrating! I have tried everything suggested from people when I wrote on the blog on 10/26 and what they told other people who wrote about having trouble. I was having trouble the week before that, but just thought it was my laptop until it went on for another week. There are too many people who are having trouble for it to not be QVC tec department. I wish they would get this fixed. HELP!!

@queen Betty, @sunshinestory, @who, mine aren't working yet either. I don't understand how they can mess this site up so bad. Some can't even check out. I just saw a pair of earrings that I was interested in and without thinking clicked on the video......NOTHING...I get a blank screen. So I'll just shop everywhere else because all the other site's are working just fine. QVC, admitted in the e-mail they sent me that there were problems and they were working on them. I can't stream the live shows either and I miss them. It will play for about half a minute, then just stops and the people freeze. It keeps me company while I'm working. Hope it gets fixed soon.

The videos do not work for me either. Very frustrating!

I have 3 suggestions.
1. Restart your computer. Doing so often fixes a multitude of weird problems.
If that doesn't fix it.
2. Remove all QVC cookies that have been stored on your computer from previous visits. Doing a manual removal may be needed if you haven't set your Privacy settings to do an automatic removal.
This isn't likely to be a problem for most computers.
3. Check that Adobe Flash player is up to date. Adobe did a software update in the last 2-3 weeks-- most computers are setup to accept automatic updates but just in case you might want to check eveything is in sync.
Hope that helps for someone.

Exactly, @queen Betty. Instead of the Play arrow you normally get to click to start the live streaming or recorded video, I see a greyed out circle where the Play arrow should be. It does not react to clicking it, just stays on that home screen of Watch QVC TV and the three tab choices. Nothing happens.
However, all play fine on my iPad and iPhone. It's just my desktop Dell that won't play, and that's even after I deleted all cookies and history and shut everything down. It's QVC; hopefully they'll have a resolution soon.
