@AngelWhispers@ To tag someone you have to put an @ and then their name. When you type the @ the names will come up in a pull down menu with everyone who has posted in this thread. Just click on the name you want to tag and it will put their name in your post. Hope this is helpful.

@AngelWhispers Sorry you didn't yet get an answer. I'd check off defective and brieflywrite in the Comment section why, drawing an arrow from the Defective checkbox to your comment so they read it.
If you check off that it's different from the item you ordered, they might take one look at it against the photo of the ring on the 'net, and not believe you. Just my opinion as to what I would do; I hope a Mod responds to you.

@AngelWhispers I'll bet @Wayne-QVC has been off for the last couple of days. I don't remember how to page the other mods. I agree with @Pearlee though that you should mark it defective and put a note as to why.

Sorry for the delay in responding. We were nice and gave Wayne a few days off - lol!
Please do mark the item as defective and put a notation that the sizing was incorrect.

If you indicate that the sizing is incorrect aren't they going to think you simply received the wrong size ring?

@Barbara-QVC Thanks for addressing that question because I did wonder that myself. I have marked in the comment section of the return for that the Size was not as advertised. Hope that will make sense to them along with the notes on my order. Thank you again for the help received on this issue from both you and @Wayne-QVC...
