says routine maintenance try back later ! what ?! It state's estimated advanced pricing and tax , won't let me use EP or promo code ! Anyone else's having this issue ? I did write CS waiting g to hear back . I'm sure my items will be gone by then though ..crazy !

I just tried to use the Mary Beth LIKEFAMILY10 to receive $10 but it wouldn't allow me to enter the promo code.
Most iikely because the item I'd like to buy is a Prime Time Special, whatever that is, never saw that.

Did you try calling to order? Just wondering if the problem is system wide or only online.

I've been having problems since 5 am. Called Customer Service, they couldn't even access my account because of their problems.
Told me to check back in a couple of hours. Still not working.

@rockygems123. I don't know why they put everything on some type of special pricing then send promotional codes that won't work with them.
Counter productive waste of time and certainly not an incentive.

I tried four times to reach them by phone and was left hanging on hold. I called again and requested a call back and they did but when I answered the call and "press 1 to speak with a rep" I got disconnected. Call back again and requested a call back and they said I was already waiting to get a call back. So hung up, waited and in 1 minute I got a call back but she could not help me because their systems were down and call back in a hour. Just for funsies I asked "why" and she said very sheepishly "I don't know." Sounded like I woke her up.
You'd think they would put it on top of home page or add a phone recording.

I wanted to buy the TSV so much and now I see some colors and sizes are on waitlist. How are people getting their orders through? They keep telling me on the chat "check back in 2 hours." Lol
