@rockygems123.  I don't know why they put everything on some type of special pricing then send promotional codes that won't work with them.

 

Counter productive waste of time and certainly not an incentive.

OP said she gave up and walked away.  Think of the numbers that did that today myself included.

@Kitty Galore   Same here. I've tried several times today.
I returned a package that was sent to me by mistake and want to confirm they received it. Anyone missing a Jeanie Garth jean jacket??  The item they were supposed to send never arrived but they continue to take the easy pays. I'm trying to clear it up after the CS rep 3 weeks ago told me the easy pays would stop since I never received my order.

I had problems trying to order, too.  Couldn't enter the coupon code in the field where you are supposed to put it.  Also the items recently on air would not display.  I decided to not call customer service and I simply did not order anything.  I am thinking, why should I beg QVC to take my money.

They came up with another plan and it's Free Ship until midnight tonight.

 

The item I wanted actually worked out with free shipping, order went through.  At least it says it did.  Ha.

I'm still confused how the tsv sold out if there was a problem with ordering? How did those customers get through??

@Peppertime  Probably through phone.  The # is always on tv underneath the item # info.

I always use the phone to order, never on hold & always get a human in under 60 seconds.
