@catter70 If you go to the UPS website and put in their tracking number at the bottom of the page will be the Surepost tracking number.

@HiLo Who is receiving cheaper shipping costs? I paid $9.45 for a Lodis wallet (just wallet no wallet box) and it was shipped in a padded envelope UPS/USPS Innovations, 2- 1/2 weeks delivery.  Paid $5.00 for a ring in a small padded envelope UPS/USPS Innovations, 2 weeks for delivery.

I am receiving poor shipping service and being charged premium shipping cost.

@millieshops QVC has signed a shipping contract with UPS and USPS just like any other large e-commerence business. It would be hard to believe that processing times from UPS hand-offs and turn around delivery times are not part of the contract. It is up to QVC to monitor the issues its customers are having and go back to the shippers to iron out the problems.

I paid $9.44 shipping on an 8"x10" x 1/2" padded envelope; delivery time 2-1/2 weeks going from VA to FL. How is this acceptable and how is QVC not addressing the shipping problems. I cannot be the only one with shipping problems.

Sorry I wasn't clear on my post. I was speaking of the $3.00  fee charged for shipping fashions.which involves  a large number of my purchases. Shipping anything else always seems to cost the usual high amount.  Many of us seem to be having problems receiving our purchases these days...wish QVC would explain what exactly the problem is.

Returns are the worst.  I seem to be getting stuff from QVC in a more timely fashion then the returns.  I believe most of the problem lies with the post office.  When I drop off a return at my local post office it seems to sit there for a few days before it is even scanned in. I have asked a clerk to scan it in while I was there, and she refused saying that she will get to it. Then it sits there for a few days before it finally leaves the post office.  I had a return take a full 30 days to get back to QVC.  I really couldn't care less if the post office survives or not.  I get all my bills online as well as statements etc. All I get in my mail is junk. Useless paper to recycle. I would happily pay a few dollars more to receive/send packages.
