Just curious if this is the new normal....waiitng several days after shipment has been received at the warehouse to recieve a credit for said return? I had to call CS for my last return and just chalked it up to holiday returns. But mid Feb it seems things should be back to normal, no? My return was received 5 days agio and still haven't received my credit.
No, I have not called into CS...was going to give it a couple of more days but this is really kind of crazy. I shouldn;t have to follow up with this stuff.

Same here. My return was received in the warehouse days ago and still waiting for my refund.

Same thing with me, had to call about the last two returns. don't know what is going on.

I have the same issue. My return was received 2/7 and no refund as of today--one week. I did call CS this morning and the rep said she would issue the refund as the tracking showed Q received it. She said returns were running behind.
This is just not good enough. Step up your game, QVC.

I'm not even getting any tracking on mine,sent back a week ago.
I know i'm in for trouble because I had 3 orders in 1 box. I received them that way. I did put on 3 shippng labels one for each. When i spoke to CS on the phone the girl would only take info for 1 item and insisted that was all that was needed.
This is for an almost $200 refund ![]()

It takes a long time. I'm still just getting refunds for things I sent back at the end of December 2017.
The thing that drives me crazy is much of what I bought/buy is on 'easy pay'. Even though it's been paid for they STILL refund the money back in easy payments every single month.
It is so difficult to keep track of when you get debited into your account say, "$15.95 for 4 months separately, over and over. Now multiply that by the items I'm returning!
I just finally gave up and figured this is causing me to loose my mind!

My last return was the fastest I've had in all the years I've been shopping QVC. I had money returned to my card in fewer than 10 days from when I mailed the package. I was shocked.
