Hi @janz I have been trying to send you an email with the information you requested and I am getting this reply:
host lmtp.mail.aol.com Your
mail could not be delivered because the recipient is only accepting mail
from specific email addresses. If you feel you received this in error,
please contact the recipient directly and ask them to check their email
settings. (in reply to end of DATA command)
This is most likely why you did not get the emails about the return label. Please see if you can adjust your settings so that you can receive emails from QVC.

That is so strange as I get emails from QVC. I'll see if I can figure out what is wrong. I just checked and noticed an emal from QVC notifying me about an auto delivery due to ship and an email from social team recently, plus QVC order confirmations. I then went to email preferences and the boxes are checked to receive email from QVC.

Got it and responded. On way to post office to ask them where other packages are because clerk carried them inside for me and they "seem" to be missing. Odd, they were the largest, heaviest boxes and I know they didn't just :walk" off.

My post office refused to give a receipt unless I paid them. This system is ridiculous. Here's my progress. Tomorow will be a month and hasn't left California.

I have already done that. I was told that the item would be refunded. I posted this to show how ridiculous the return system is now.

The boxes I dropped at the post office 12/02 still say they are at the post office and the missing 3 still have no tracking or information on them. I am going to call USPS main office 800# and file a complaint if they are still missing tomorrow because I know for a fact the person at the office carried those 3 boxes inside for me because they were so heavy. If they are missing the USPS needs to check for fraud/theft by employee. This upsets me.
UPDATE
I tried to call USPS 800# this morning and there was 1 - 1-1/2 hour wait to speak to someone. I filled out form to locate the packages and when I clicked submit I received a message there was an error submitting and try again later. Of course my message disappeared and could not be retrieved.
