I have called customer service 3 times now. No luck on actually speaking to a real person. My order says to contact cs but cant really do that if they dont even transfer you to a person

I find this hard to believe.  I've never had to wait for than 2-3 minutes for a CS to answer.

I leave a voicemail and havent gotten a call back. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. It is for a birthday present

That is the number i have called. I just get sent to a voicemail

I always ask for a transfer and never speak to a person after that

I have called again. Was transferred twice, then was sent to a automated msg telling me to leave a voicemail. Already have left 2 voicemails and have heard nothing back

Never experienced that - I call the main order entry number and just ask for customer services.  Seconds later a rep picks up.  Your problem sounds very strange.

My order says in process but delivery date is for the 14th not sure what the hang up is. Hoping it goes through for the Apple Watch i ordered i havebeen waiting for it and now I ordered it buts it’s stuck in processing....

I call 800-367-9444 and tell them whats going on then i just get transferred then the next person transfers me to a automated system that just says leave your name and phone number and we will call you back.
