We all have probably had boxes smashed, half open, tape torn etc. I received  my Orgami shelf  TS in less than a week  from HSN,so fast shipping. There was a large  very distinct imprint of a man's boot on the box , so now our boxes get stepped on as well!! I have called companies that pack nicely and cushioned and thanked them for the care  as boxes shipped really get a beating. With the Holidays coming as it will get worse.

Re: UPS Shipping experience.

I don't know if it's due to the size of the box or not...I received my origami shelves shipped via UPS from HSN and there was only one person on the truck to off load and he  was struggling to get the box to my front door...the box was dirty (I am thinking from the back of the truck) and there were open gaps from it being moved around in the warehouse.

We had a big issue with these.  Went back and forth with HSN.  We received them twice and both were damaged.  We returned them and ordered them off Amazon without a problem

Re: UPS Shipping experience.

Same issue w/UPS delivery in rural NC.....boxes and bags arrive dirty and damaged.  But if it's UPS Innovations with final delivery thru the post office, then bags and boxes aren't damaged at all.

Why aren't Orgami complaints being made to HSN?

Re: UPS Shipping experience.

I did not order the latest TS, but I've gotten so many Origami shelves/racks from HSN and have been amazed that they have all arrived without any issues. Guess I've just been lucky. BTW, I love these things!!!

Re: UPS Shipping experience.

For those who don't care if their Origami shelving has some scratches or dings in the finish, check out the refurbished items at Origami's website (OrigamiRack dot com). The large, heavy duty shelves are currently sold out but I imagine more stock will be added as damaged items are returned and inspected.
