I have emailed customer service back and forth several times and have had no resolution. The tracking on my order stopped August 18 - the edd was August 24. Customer service offered to send me another item or credit me in full. I replied to their offer but neither seem to be happening! Can I send you an email with the specific details?

Thanks @SharkE !! I jsut sent them an email. My edd for my order was August 24th and the last tracking info was August 18th! ![]()
