Ugh Ups mail innovations is so slow for me as well. I ordered two beauty products on March 5th and one was supposed to arrive yesterday and it didn't but on the tracking it shows that it was transferred to my local post office since Saturday. My post office isn't far from me so I don't get why it wasn't delivered already. Then my second items also is already transferred to my post office as of Tuesday and it's EDD is tomorrow. I don't understand why QVC CS makes us wait until 2 days after the EDD to issue a "refund". 😒

Ugh.This is terrible. Same thing happened to me. Ive emailed QVC social team to see if they can assist.

I worry about ordering make-up in the Summer when it is so hot and takes so long.....
