Why does it take QVC so long to process a return once it is in their possession?
I do not use the Q Return Label because it will take 10- 14 days for the items to even get to QVC, instead I pay the USPS to return my items and they will get there in 2 -5 days. I also receive a tracking number. QVC has had a return item in their possession now for 7 days and they have not yet processed the return or even indicated that they have received it. WHY??? Do they not have enough qualified personnel to handle the amount of returns? What happened to Q- quality V-value C-convenience?
I also shop HSN and they process ALL RETURNS WITHIN 72 HOURS. Since QVC has purchased HSN, I hope that QVC's bad customer service practices do not ruin HSN's customer service.

The reason why a return takes X days to arrive and be processed at QVC is of no consequence. Do you really expect to get a reason with all the intricacies of their system described? It takes as long as it takes and if it doesn't suit customers, they should perhaps consider shopping elsewhere.
FYi: QVC did not buy HSN. It was bought by the same company that also owns QVC and several other companies.

I would expect that a company reimburse their customers in a timely manner. @Kachina624 This is the year 2018 and there are such things as computers that make things like returning money easy and quick. Many people like shopping at QVC and are giving the company a fair shake by letting them know the issues.

@syrbint if QVC approves the sarcastic flippant response of @Kachina624 'honored contributor', then you have your answer.
Their 'honored contributor' is a reflection of QVC and I believe the answer given to you is ..... you'll receive the refund when you receive it.
Do you feel like a valued customer?!

Is there a reason your responses are always so nasty?
