Has anyone received this message when ordering. I have As Is Picks in my cart by Valerie which I have ordered before. Today it is saying Opps they can't ship to my address enter a new one. I live in Georgia and have never had this problem. Is there a problem with the system today?

I emailed the Social Team and the items in my cart were out of stock so they think that's why it happened. Alice at the Social Team emailed back again and said 2 more of the items showed up in stock so I tried again and it worked. How nice and thoughtful of her in her busy day to check again and email me to notify me. I am telling you that team is the best thing the Q has ever done. They go above and beyond. Truly the best Customer Service ever.

Two years ago I received someone else's shoe order not even remotely similar at to mine. My correct mailing label but someone elses name and address etc. on the packing slip.I called CS and was told to send them back and the warehouse figure it out. No apology. I sent them back at the P.O.
I waited a month nothing came. About the third time I emailed CS and they told me to give them my new address as unable to deliver. WHAT? I was surprised as have lived here 40 years with the same exact address. I finally received my shoes after two months time.

Yes, it is a glitch that allows you to place an item in your cart that is sold out-so when you go to check out it gives you the "unable to ship to your address" . Happened to me all day on the last Lock & Lock TSV.

@Lucylu12 - Yes, the social team is very helpful and efficient. The problem is that only a select few on this forum are aware they exist. All those customers that don't participate in the forum have no clue.

Ain't for the lack of trying on my part. I've post QVCSocialTeam@ QVC.com till I'm blue in the face. People come in once in a blue moon and gripe about this and that they're not regular daily commuters, like we are. They don't contribute to the boards, otherwise.
Q doesn't pin the information at the top guess they figure nobody would read it anyway, so, they don't do it.
