Update - I now have a total of 4 Susan Graver items
all on "backorder".
When I placed the orders originally (about 7 days ago) they showed on-line as being "in stock". I placed orders for each, and got confirmation numbers.
I then got the email from QVC that I mentioned in my earlier post. Since then when I check my order status, it changes on all 4 items every day.....from in process, backordered, etc.
On 1 item when it stated "in process" I tried to cancel the order, but got a message I could not cancel as the order was "in process" to be shipped. I then said to myself, ok I guess the order will get sent out to me only to see the next day it went to "backordered".
I don't think this is acceptable. Either you have these items to sell or you do not. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I've been a very good customer for many years and something like this has never happened.
I wonder what's going on???
