Hi. I totally sympathize.  I received someone else's order in early April and immediately emailed QVC.  No reply. Returned it on 4/7/20 and received a confirmation from the USPS on 4/13/30.  Since then . . .  nothing.  It seems like the email and chat features have been disabled.  As you describe, the phone rings busy, busy, busy . . . QVC  customer service is normally the best.  I can understand if customer service is not available at this unprecented time, but with no acknowledgement at all, I fear my return is lost forever, and my credit card was naturally charged for my purchase.  So frustrated.

same thing is happening to me. I tried calling, nothing. I tried live chat, nothing. I tried email, nothing. What’s going on???

With so many people having to shop on the internet I think QVC is very busy. I have had the same thing happen to me. I found if I called around 8:00 I can get right thru. Yesterday I had a question & got thru around 4:40. Good luck!

Alice-QVC, thank you for your offer.  I finally got someone through chat.  I'm not thrilled with lack of communication for the reason for delay I was provided, but it is what it is.

Still waiting on the order placed on 3/26 with NO infomation other than what I heard here. After that, nothing. Also only TWO of my Robertas orders have been received - none of the others have moved one bit. It's like they are in order limbo with NO STATUS even though they are showing a DELIVERY DATE (which I know to ignore). I get NO status and I'm really getting frustrated. Can't get answers on the phone (hello Q, I KNOW you have CSR's working from home). and don't want to keep bothers the online CSR but enough's enough. I get the delays due to COVID-19 (I'm an essentual worker, so I KNOW how it is) but this is a bit ridiculous because you all used to be right on top of everything. I might not have a lot of posts on this forum, but I have been a customer since DAY ONE so I DO know. This is the worst communucation ever and I'm getting really frustrated (and I'm a super chill, laid back person who usually is the one making excuses for everyone else).
