Hi. I totally sympathize. I received someone else's order in early April and immediately emailed QVC. No reply. Returned it on 4/7/20 and received a confirmation from the USPS on 4/13/30. Since then . . . nothing. It seems like the email and chat features have been disabled. As you describe, the phone rings busy, busy, busy . . . QVC customer service is normally the best. I can understand if customer service is not available at this unprecented time, but with no acknowledgement at all, I fear my return is lost forever, and my credit card was naturally charged for my purchase. So frustrated.
