I have been trying to contact Customer Service about the status of my Order #****, made on 3/26/2020 that is still showing In Process. I have been getting a busy signal immediately after pressing 0 to speak to a CS rep. Same thing when I press 5 and stay on the line.
Customer Care please help!

@MotherofBengals Same thing happened to me but I just kept trying and I finally got through. I think the busy signal means all lines are busy.

I checked on your order and unfortunately orders for the Cucumber and Dill Collections are experiencing a growing delay and need a bit more time. Orders were expected to arrive by Wednesday, April 22 so hopefully your order will ship soon.

This happened to me over the weekend - the immediate busy signal. I tried several times and finally gave up. I called again on Monday and after waiting a while, finally was put through to a rep. It's frustrating.

Orders delayed or not shipping...cannot live chat...cannot cancel order....never get a reply to an email from customer service...cannot speak to a service rep due to busy signal. I am totally disgusted. I am not placing any new orders until QVC responds.

Same here. I have an order placed on 3/20 that is still in process and can't get through on phone or chat. Another order of same item, different color, placed that same day was delivered almost a week ago.

I know exactly how you feel!! ITs incredibly annoying. I sent an email and posted something on this blog so maybe someone will reach out to me.
